The pellets should be fried in oil or lard at approximately 380 to 390 degrees. The pellets should be kept totally submerged in the fat while they are popping. Average cooking time is between 55 and 60 seconds for pork rind pellets and 75 to 90 seconds for pork rind cracklings.  Season to taste immediately after removing from fryer.

Store unused pork rind pellets at room temperature.

Shelf life for Crackling pellets is 6 months and the shelf life of pork rind pellets is 9 months.
